The department is facilitated with four laboratories for M. Sc. Students to perform practical experiments of their curriculum, with specialized laboratories for air and water quality assessment, soil analysis, seed technology, ethnoforestry/ forest systematics, and genomics along with forest nursery and waste management unit. Timber museum and insectary are also established.
