Present Area of Research:
(i) Functionalized luminescence inorganic nanomaterials and their applications
(ii) Spectral analysis of 4f-4f transitions of lanthanide elements on complexation with selected ligands.
Vision of Research:
Optical studies of luminescent rare earth doped nanomaterials (phosphors) for display
functionalized of these various nanoparticles with potential ligands
Their application including sensor, targeted drug delivery and for hyperthermia studies including in-vivo and in-vitro studies.
