1st Children Winter Adventure Sports Camp

MU, 7/1/2020: Department of Physical Education & Sport Sciene, Manipur University, Canchipur with collaboration of MMTA have inaugurated the 1st Children Winter Adventure Sports Camp on 7/1/2020 at 12:00 PM at Football Ground, MU.
The inaugural function have been graced by Shri Jarnail Singh, Hon'ble Vice-Chancellor, MU, Prof. M. Ranjit Singh, President, Manipur University Teachers' Association (MUTA), and Dr. L. Thambal Singh, Head(i/c), Dept. of PESS,MU as Chief Guest, Gust of Honour and president respectively.
The welcome address was given by Dr. L.Santosh Singh, Course Coordinator, after the flag hosting was performed by the Dignitaries. From 1:00 PM onwards the demonstration of adventure sports activities were also performed.
The Non Residential 1st Children Winter Adventure Sports Camp will be held from 7th to 13th January 2020 for the students from Class III to IX. Around 120 students from different school of Manipur state have participated the said camp.
