Manipur University, December 3, 2024: Prof. N. Lokendra Singh, Hon’ble Vice-Chancellor of Manipur University, has expressed strong support for the upcoming “Viksit Bharat Young Leader Dialogue”, a reimagined version of the National Youth Festival (NYF) 2025. During a meeting with Dr. Laishram Santosh Singh, Programme Coordinator of the NSS Cell at Manipur University, and his team of NSS Program Officers, the Vice-Chancellor reviewed the progress and impact of ongoing youth engagement initiatives in Manipur.
