To commemorate the end of the 105th Indian Science Congress, Professor Adya Prasad Pandey, Hon’ble vice-chancellor of Manipur University, hosted an elegant high-tea for all the Chairmen/Members of the Sub-Committees, Sectional Secretaries/Convenors, Teaching Staff (Including Guest Faculties/Guest Lectures), Non-Teaching Staff (including Engaged Staff), MUSU representatives and student volunteers on 29th March 2018 at 3:00 p.m. at the office premises of the Vice-Chancellor’s Secretariat.
As the 105th Indian Science Congress 2018 came to an end with great success, honourable VC thanked all for the unstinted support in the success of all activities and programmes of the 105th ISC.
This is a humble gesture on the part of the VC to invite all the stakeholders for high tea and share his gratitude for the successful event of the 105th ISC.
True to the spirit of the note, Vice-Chancellor said, "This is a thanksgiving high -tea for projecting our university as one of the most competent Universities among India who can organise such a mega event in a big way. The last 2 months have seen the number of activities increased enormously in the campus, which has become more vibrant. It has given the university a greater visibility in the eyes of the public and in the minds of the participants who took part in the just concluded 105th ISC. We are getting appreciations from all over India for the grand success of the 105th ISC. It was possible only because of your efforts and sincere helps”. He lauded the heads of various teams and departments and said that it is this support that has propelled the university to execute a mammoth task within sort span of two months. He further extended his heart-felt thanks to Governor, Chief Ministers, Government departments, administrators, media and people of Manipur for extensive supports in organising this historic event.
