No. MU/22-1/DACE/FA: Applications are invited for the appointment of three (3) teachers on contract basis for the Dr. Ambedkar Centre of Excellence, Manipur University is sponsored by the Ministry of Social Justice & Empowerment, Government of India for a term of 1 (one) year which is extendable depending on the progress of the Centre.

- Must have appeared for UPSC/State Public Service Commission Civil Services Mains Examination.

- Preference will be given to the candidates who have appeared for interview too.

Desirable Qualification:

- Must have appeared for UPSC/State Public Service Commission Civil Services Mains Examination.

- Preference will be given to the candidates who have appeared for interview too.

 

Salary: A contractual teacher will be paid a consolidated fixed pay of Rs. 1,15, 000/ per month (Taxes as applicable)

Terms and Conditions:

  1. Service of the Contractual teachers will be co-terminus with the Centre.

  2. Contractual teachers must be available at least 06 hours daily in the University.

  3. The minimum direct teaching-learning process must involve 20-25 hours per week.

  4. Contractual teachers may be entitled 12 leaves in a calendar year excluding the public holidays. All other leaves shall be counted as leave without pay, subject to a maximum period of one month.

 

 

 

 

Eligible candidates are required to submit the application form along with the required documents and proof of fee payment to: The Registrar, Manipur University, Canchipur, Imphal – 795003. The ‘Name of the post Applied for’ must be clearly mentioned on the envelope containing the application.
